This workshop organized on 26-28 march 2019 at Mukti Niketan Campus, Katoria, Banka (Bihar). This workshop inaugurated(jointly) 
by Mr. M.P.Sinha, JVS, Aniruddha pd Singh ( JAL NAYAK), Smt. Renu Sinha(former member of Bihat state Women’s Commission) Patna , Md. Habib Ansari ( Ex- Mukhiya, Dhanubasar), Mahatama Uma Shankar Dev (Organic Farmer) Dulisar. In this workshop total participation of youths 64 (42 male & 22 female) of Jamui, Banka and Munger Districts. Five trainers invited for this workshop. Different trainers gave knowledge of their subjects to the youth. the valuable knowledge given by them was absorbed by the youths.
All participant learning about river, basin, water, land and forest management. They are learning PRA and village resource mapping with problem Analysis. Participation’s increased knowledge about organic farming and low-cost agriculture with water conservation.
